THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.694 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of O.P.No.1392 of 2016 from the Court of the Additional Family Court Judge-cum-XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Kukatpally, to the Court of the Family Judge, at Vijayawada. The said O.P., was filed by the respondent/husband.

Though there was an order of stay at the initial stage, today learned counsel for the petitioner/wife submits that ends of justice would be met if a direction is issued to the Court, where the O.P.No.1392 of 2016, is pending, to expedite and conclude the proceedings within a limited period of time.

For the aforesaid submission, this application is ordered directing that the Court below, i.e., Court of the Additional Family Judge-cum-XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Kukatpally, Miyapur, to sympathetically consider expediting the final disposal of O.P.No.1392 of 2016 as early as possible.
