HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1101 OF 2020 O R D E R:

The petitioner has filed this Revision seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.126 of 2019 in O.P.No.34 of 2014 on the file of the Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad.

Having regard to the fact that the O.P. is of the year 2014 and there was an ex parte order on 29.02.2016, pursuant to which sale of certain properties is also being undertaken, there is urgency to decide the said I.A.

Accordingly, the CRP is disposed of directing the Cooperative Tribunal, Hyderabad to decide I.A.No.126 of 2019 in O.P.No.34 of 2014 on its file within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing both sides.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this CRP shall stand closed. No costs.
