This revision is filed to set aside the order dated 18.12.2006 in E.A.No.252 of 2006 in E.A.No.213 of 2005 in E.P.No.44 of 2003 on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy, Mahabubnagar District. 2.

When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the sole petitioner died. No steps are taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner on record. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
