Sri D.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 - complainant, reported that the complainant died about three years back. Hence, the complaint itself stands abated.

In the result, the petition is dismissed since no cause survives while vacating the interim suspension dated 28-04-2011 granted by this Court in Crl.P.M.P. No. 3696 of 2011.
