HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Contempt Case No.328 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. D. Narender Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a wilful disobedience of the direction issued by this Court whereby the concerned authority was directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.7.2015 and pass order in his favour.

That was not the direction. The direction was only to consider the representation and decide the same within time frame. We are informed that the representation has already been considered and rejected.

Hence, we do not find any substance in the contempt case.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
