THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2428 of 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner-proposed plaintiff No.2, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 22.3.2018 passed in I.A.No.261 of 2018 in O.S.No.241 of 2014 on the file of the Court of X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. 3.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file fresh L.R. application before the trial Court. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file fresh L.R. application before the trial Court by showing the necessary parties to the suit.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
