This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.1 & 2 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.351 of 2015-16 on the file of Payakaraopeta Excise Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 (c ) and 20(b) (ii) (c) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners were found transporting 96 kgs of ganja.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
