THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.6609 of 2005 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not allotting duties to the petitioner in pursuance of the reinstatement orders in Proc.No.PA/19(1)/99-VSP(R), dated 17.2.1999 and rejecting the case of the petitioner is illegal, unjust and arbitrary.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including approaching the Labour Court.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granted liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
