This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.210 of 2018 in O.S.No.5 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Narayanpet.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh petition before the Court. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
