THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15116 OF 2019 ORDER:

2.
The petitioner purchased agricultural land to an extent of Acs.101.00 in Survey No.66/1 of Rajukothapalli Village, Nellikuduru Mandal, Warangal District. He filed application dated 24.10.2018 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records. But, the said application was rejected by memo dated 11.03.2019. In substance, the Tahsildar holds that the land claimed by the petitioner is included in Reserve Forest Area of Ingurthy East Forest Block in Compartment Nos.1150 and 1151 as per the notification in G.O.Ms.No.1774, dated 30.06.1966, and the said land is forest land. The Tahsildar also disputed the claim of ROR certificates issued under Sections 13B, 13C.
3.
Admittedly, against the rejection memo dated 11.03.2019, remedy of appeal is available under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, (for short, 'the Act'). Without availing the said remedy, this Writ Petition is filed. Therefore, the Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, since effective and efficacious remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner.
