THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12780 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only request of the writ petitioner is to direct the Station House Officer, Pahadi Sharief Police Station, Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District/6th respondent herein, to expedite investigation into case in Crime No.48 of 2017, on the file of the Pahadi Sharief Police Station, Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District, registered, on 01.02.2017, against the unofficial respondents 7 to 10, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 447 & 427 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, and file a final report, by following the procedure established by law.

I have heard the submissions of Sri D.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 6. I have perused the material record. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the Police Officer concerned will expedite the investigation into the afore-stated crime and do the needful in the matter, as per law. 4.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Rachakonda, Ranga Reddy District/6th respondent herein, to expedite the investigation into the afore-stated crime and file a final report, either way, by strict adherence to the procedure established by law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.12780 of 2018 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
