I.A.NO.4 OF 2025 (REVIEW PETITION) No one appears for the petitioner/review applicant.

The respondents are represented.

The review application arises out of the judgment dated 11.06.2025 passed in Writ Appeal No.540 of 2025 by a Division Bench consisting of one of us (Hon'ble Justice Renuka Yara).

The Writ Appeal was disposed of on the basis of the consensus arrived at between the parties. The Court accordingly directed the parties to act in accordance with the stand taken before the Court and further gave liberty to the appellant to file a representation before the respondent No.3 within two weeks from the date of the order. Failing which the authorities would be at liberty to proceed against the appellant without any representation. The Court further held that the reasoned order passed on the representation, if filed, would be held as final. We are informed that the appellant filed a representation dated 25.06.2025 to the Commissioner of TGIIC. The representation was disposed of by the Commissioner on 06.10.2025.

The appellant filed a Writ Petition against the said order which is presently pending before a learned Single Judge of this Court.

In view of the above developments pursuant to the order under review dated 11.06.2025, we are of the view that nothing further remains of the review petition.

I.A.No.4 of (Review Petition) is accordingly dismissed.
