When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, that, pursuant to the orders of this Court, dated 30.04.2018, the respondent-municipal authorities have completed demolition of the constructions raised by the fourth respondent herein. The said statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
