THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.38079 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri Muddu Vijai, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 11.04.2016 to the Registry seeking to post the matter under the caption of 'Withdrawal' on the ground that he had instructions from the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, today the matter is listed under the said caption. In view of the letter dated 11.04.2016 of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
