THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.9209 OF 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare the action of the respondents in laying Tar road from Kothakota to Venthanapalle in the existing kacha road by encroaching the patta lands of the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners and no representation is made on their behalf. It appears that petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter. The matter pertains to the year 2006. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
