This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in

restraining respondent Nos.4 and from proceeding with the construction of a building over and above G + 1 at D.No.2-4-533, Nallagutta, Ramgopalpet, Secunderabad, without any permission and demolishing the said unauthorized construction, as highly illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action for demolition of the same.

At the hearing, Mr.K.Chidambaram, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that since his client has made an incorrect averment that he is the neighbour of the building being constructed by respondent Nos.4 and 5, he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition unconditionally.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with a warning to the petitioner not to indulge in misrepresentation of facts in future.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.2154 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________
