The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to set aside C.C.No.32 of 2016 pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kanigiri.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in C.C.No.32 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kanigiri, as the petition will not come within the purview of the writ jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
