Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the Common Orders of this Court in W.P.No.33343 of 2015 & batch, dated 31.03.2015 and same is not disputed by Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid Common Order dated 31.03.2015, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
