This Criminal Petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. is filed by petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3, in Crime No. 111 of 2022 of Bowenpalli Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 20 (b) (ii) (B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Act ('NDPS Act" for brevity), seeking bail. 2.
Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutorrespondent, for the State.

The petitioner was arrested on the basis of confession of accused No.1 and 2. The Accused No.2 is the husband of this petitioner. During the course of investigation when the petitioner was arrested nothing was found and no seizure was effected. However, the
investigation revealed that she was habituated consuming Ganja and cigarettes. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is carrying three months pregnancy. For the reason of there being no seizure at the instance of this petitioner, the petitioner can be released on bail.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. The petitioner/Accused No.3 shall be enlarged on bail in connection with Crime No. 111 of 2022 of Bowenpally Police Station, on her executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each i.e. one local surety and native surety, to the satisfaction of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad.
