ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the proceedings dated 26.2.2010 whereunder the Managing Director, directed the Executive Director, District Scheduled Caste Society Limited, Krishna District not to sanction retirement benefits as vigilance case was pending against the petitioner. According to petitioner, though petitioner retired on 30.6.2009, retirement benefits are not paid merely on the ground that vigilance case is pending and same is illegal. 2.

Heard Sri R Krishna Swamy, representing learned counsel for petitioner and Sri B Prakasam learned standing counsel for respondent corporation.

Learned counsel for petitioner informs the Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, petitioner was paid provident fund, gratuity and all other financial benefits to which petitioner is entitled, therefore cause in the writ petition does not survive. 4.

In view of the above submission, writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required. No costs.
