This writ petition was filed assailing the alleged interference by the police authorities in the civil disputes said to be pending between the petitioner and his brother.

The Station House Officer, Tuni Rural Police Station, East Godavari District, filed a counter-affidavit stating that Crime No.92 of 2012 had been registered under Section 107 Cr.P.C. against the petitioner and his brother, the 4th respondent herein, on the file of Tuni Rural Police Station and that the matter was pending before the SubDivisional Magistrate, Peddapuram, in M.C.No.73 of 2012. He further stated that except for registering the above crime, the police had never harassed or threatened the petitioner and never interfered with his life, liberty and civil disputes with his brother.

In the light of the afore-stated stand of the police authorities, no interference is called for in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand

dismissed. No order as to costs.
