ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the order, dated 10.03.2009, of respondent No.1, whereby she has set aside the appointment orders numbering 20 including that of the petitioner on the ground that respondent No.2 has not followed the prescribed procedure under G.O.Ms.No.52, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.I) Department, dated 18.12.2008. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the record shows that on 26.04.2013, this Court has given six weeks' time to the petitioner's counsel for serving notice on respondent No.4 with a default condition. As the petitioner failed to serve notice on respondent No.4, the writ petition stood dismissed qua respondent No.4 on 24.06.2013 and the same has been endorsed by the Registry.

As the Writ Petition cannot be adjudicated in the absence of respondent No.4, at whose instance respondent No.1 passed the impugned order, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim orders, dated 18.03.2009 in W.P.M.P.Nos.7201 and 7202 of 2009 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 16th September, 2015 GHN
