Smt. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that, pursuant to the interim order, the petitioners were continued for a period of three months; their services were not continued thereafter; and, as at present, they are not in service. Learned counsel would also submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive; and the writ petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall be also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
