Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that the land to an extent of Ac.17.38 guntas in Sy.No.74/A, Ac.28.24 guntas in Sy.No.80, Ac.10.02 guntas in Sy.No.92/A, Ac.32.32 guntas in Sy.No.111 of Nagarkunta village, Shabad Mandal, R.R.District, was acquired through inheritance. The father of the petitioner submitted declaration on 04.04.1975 and the holding was declared by the competent authority and thereafter petitioner was left with the lands in Sy.No.74/A, Sy.No.80, Sy.No.92/A, Sy.No.99 and Sy.No.111 of Nagarkunta village, and other two survey numbers in Damarlapalli. Petitioner further contends that the 2nd respondent has to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds. But the 2nd respondent has not incorporated his name in respect of all survey numbers and omitted Sy.Nos.74/A and 92/A.

Petitioner has submitted application in Form VI-A as required under the Telangana State Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act, 1971') to mutate his name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds. The said application was received in Mee-seva centre on 25.10.2017. But so far no order communicating mutation of his name is furnished. Hence, this writ petition.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioner claimed to have submitted application for mutation. If that is so, and if such application is pending, the Tahsildar, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, shall dispose of the application, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
