Heard Sri G.Jitender Singh, learned counsel holding for Mr.T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

The petitioner prays mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in pending and continuing the rowdy-sheet against the petitioner in Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader places on record the proceeding dated 30.01.2014 showing that in the comprehensive review of the pending rowdy-sheets in Patamata Police Satiation on case-to-case basis, decisions have been taken and as regards petitioner, a decision was taken to close the rowdy-sheet. The statement and the written instructions dated 18.04.2017 are placed on record.
