THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2777 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

In view of prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is now in Switzerland and he will be returning to India in the month of May, 2015 and protection order may be passed to enable him to cooperate in the investigation, the Police of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad Police Station, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. during the course of investigation towards the petitioner/Accused No.1. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
