THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY M.A.C.M.A.Nos.238 and 239 of 2016 COMMON JUDGMENT:

Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, passed a common award on 03.12.2015, since both the appeals arise out of judgment and decree dated 16.06.2014 in O.P.No.2842 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. In view of the same, both the appeals are disposed of in terms of the said award. The award of the Lok Adalat dated 03.12.2015 shall form part of the judgment.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeals shall stand closed.
