This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 21.12.2015 passed in C.M.A.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, wherein and whereby the order dated 26.11.2016 passed in IA.No.63 of 2013 in O.S.No.40 of 2013 on the file of the XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad was confirmed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the suit on 22.09.2016.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
