THE HON'BLE JUSTICE SRI GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 2719 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner has sought for a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to complete investigation in Crime No. 203 of 2014 dated 03.12.2014 of Bibinagar Police Station under Section 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, Crime No. 44 of 2015 dated 13.03.2015 of Bhongir Police Station (Rural) under Section 420, 411 and 419 IPC and Crime No. 106 of 2015 dated 04.08.2015 of Bibinagar Police Station under Section 420, 468, 471, 506 r/w 34 IPC and consequently the petitioner also sought of initiation of the further action against the respondents 6 to 13 as per law. 2.

Heard the arguments of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner is not present. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) submits that the investigation is completed in all the above three crimes as per the instructions receive by him. In Crime No.203 of 2014, charge sheet has been filed after completion of the investigation vide dis. 1114/17, before the concerned Magistrate, Bibinagar. In crime No.44 of 2015 of Bhongir Police Station (Rural), both the parties have compromised in the matter and therefore, no further investigation to be conducted in that matter and in crime No.106/2015 of Bibinagar Police Station, the police have investigated the matter and dropped further

action on 30.09.2016 and therefore, no cause is surviving in this Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, in view of the fact that the petitioner has not approached this Court, the petition is disposed of by recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
