In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A2 & A3 seek to quash the Crime No.46 of 2012 of C.I.D. Police Station, Hyderabad, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 498-A, 313,406 and 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt:08.2.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, CID P.S, Hyderabad City, and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.354 of 2015 on the file of AJFCM, Warangal, and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

There is no representation for petitioners/A2 & A3. 4.
