HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No. 2405 of 2018 O R D E R:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the Docket Order dated 19.03.2018 in E.P.No. 150 of 2017 in O.S.No. 4 of 2007 passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner - J.Dr. and perused the material placed on record, this court finds no ground to interfere with the Docket Order dated 19.03.2018 passed by the trial Court.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
