Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that after filing the present application, the trial has been commenced and it is on the way. In these circumstances, the learned counsel prayed that the trial may go on, but the presence of petitioners/Accused No.2 and 3 may be dispensed with since they have to attend the Court from Rajasthan State.

Considering the said submission, the presence of petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court specifically requires their attendance. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial expeditiously within three months from the date of receipt of this Order. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
