THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI M.A.C.M.A.No.5272 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellant had filed a letter before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client/M/s Bajaj Alianz General Insurance Company Limited to withdraw the appeal. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. The learned counsel for the appellant is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this MACMA also shall stand dismissed.
