When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri M.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentVijayawada Municipal Corporation that if any action is required against the petitioner herein, the respondent-authorities will follow due process of law. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that as on today, there is no compound wall in the subject property.

The said statements are recorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, directing the respondent - Vijayawada Municipal Corporation to follow due process of law if any private property of the petitioner is required.
