This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973, is filed by the petitioner, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No 9 of 2Ot7 of Soan Police Station, Adilabad District.

In the course of submissions, it is brouqht to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, that charge-sheet has been filed in the subject crime before the Court concerned and C.C. number is awaited.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petiti0n.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
