Heard.

The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 02.11.2010 made by the petitioner seeking initiation of mutation proceedings in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.00 gts., in Sy.No.1077/E, Ac.5.00 gts., in Sy.No.1078 and Ac.0.24 gts., in Sy.No.1077 situated at Edulabad Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as per the directions of this Court in W.P.No.22371 of 2007 dated 05.10.2009. Government Pleader for revenue submits that the relief sought for is only with regard to considering the representation dated 02.11.2010 and the same may be ordered.

Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the application dated 02.11.2010 made by the petitioner, if it is still pending, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and pass orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
