Though learned senior counsel Sri S. Satyanarayana Prasad earlier made elaborate submissions, today when the matter is called, Sri V. Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
