Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal in view of dismissal of the connected appeals in M.A.C.M.A.Nos.2959 of 2005 and 1379 of 2006 as withdrawn, by judgments dated 22.01.2016 and 21.01.2016, respectively.

2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
