ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court to obtain succession certificate for claiming terminal benefits of her deceased son.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to obtain succession certificate by filing succession OP.

The respondents are directed not to release the terminal benefits of the deceased till disposal of the succession OP and the terminal benefits shall be paid as per the orders in succession OP. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
