None appears for the petitioner for the last three occasions. Hence, this Court directed to list the matter today under the caption for dismissal. Accordingly, the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' for the last two occasions. However, even today also, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
