G. Srinivas v. The Ts Genco
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12994 OF 2018 ORDER :
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admitted that with the similar prayer in the instant Writ Petition, he already filed W.P.No.11745 of 2014. But he tried to convince the Court that since the Hon'ble Supreme Court has rendered judgment in Civil Appeal No.10583 of 2017 ON 17.08.2017, he has filed the present Writ Petition.
The aforesaid contention is vehemently objected by Smt. A.Deepthi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. It is to be seen that when the Writ Petition with the similar prayer as in the instant Writ Petition is pending before this Court, it is not known as to why the fresh Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner for same relief, which cannot be entertained. As such, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
