M.V.Rama Rao v. The Managing Director,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 7871 of 2003 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondents in not paying salaries to the petitioners from March, 2001 till the date of filing the above writ petition as illegal and arbitrary.
It is noticed that this Court while admitting the writ petition on 30.04.2003, granted interim direction to the respondents by order dated 05.08.2003 in WPMP No.10242 of 2003, to pay salaries to the petitioners for the months July and August, 2003 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the said order and shall continue to pay salaries to them every month regularly.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of the above interim directions, no further order are necessary in the writ petition. Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing on behalf of respondent did not oppose the same.
AKS, J WP_7871_2003 This Court, having considered the above submissions, is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
