HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39174 of 2012 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in protecting the lands of an extent of Ac.83.68 cents situated in Gummallakarra village, Veligandla Mandal, Prakasam District, left by the petitioners' ancestors, even though the petitioners submitted representation, and permitting the 3rd parties to proceed with their high handed acts, as illegal and arbitrary.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioners. This Court perused the records. The matter pertains to the year 2012. No interim orders are passed in the matter. The main prayer of the petitioners is to direct the respondent to consider their representation, dated 19.07.2012. Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: The respondents are directed to consider representation, dated 19.07.2012, made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
