THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.4346 of 2008 ORDER:- On the previous occasion, Sri S.Marutirao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has taken away the file long back and he has no instructions in the matter. The petitioner is said to have expired long back. No representation for him and hence it is directed to be listed under caption "for dismissal".

Today also, when the matter is called, present none for the writ petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf both in the pre-lunch as well as post-lunch sessions. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
