This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in disposing of the I.A.No.268 of 2014 in O.S.No.169 of 2014. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.268 of 2014 in O.S.No.169 of 2014. 4.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court need not to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regarding to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is hereby requested to dispose of I.A.No.268 of 2014 in O.S.No.169 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31-07-2017, in accordance with law. 6.
