HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1495 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section-438 Cr.P.C. is filed to enlarge the petitioner-accused on pre-arrest bail in Crime No.318 of 2016 of Adibatla Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections-498-A, 306 and 511 IPC and Section-4 of Dowry Prohibition Act apprehending his arrest in connection with the said Crime.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded and accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
