Sri Patti Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter to the Registry, which was received on 23.03.2016, stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 24.08.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
