Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in conducting survey and demarcating the land admeasuring Acs.2.10 cents in Survey No.69/ 1 and Ac.0.03 cents in Survey No.489 of Bodepalli Village, Balkonda Mandal, Nizamabad District as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the application dated 17.10.2016, at the earliest.

Having regard to the above and without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondentauthorities to deal with the application dated 17.10.2016, made by

the petitioner seeking to conduct survey of the land in question, in accordance with law and pass orders as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months, if the same is in order. 6.
