HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.1213 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging suspension order dated 27.02.2002. Subsequently, petitioner filed WPMP No.6915 of 2005 claiming additional relief of challenging the removal order passed by first respondent dated 20.01.2005 by way of amendment. WPMP No.6915 of 2005 was ordered by this Court on 04.04.2005 permitting the amendment.

2. Advocate for petitioner submitted that appeal would lie to the District Collector against the removal order and petitioner may be permitted to avail that remedy and by giving that liberty, this writ petition can be closed.

3. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is closed giving liberty to petitioner to avail remedy of appeal as contemplated under Bye-laws and Rules. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
