Heard Mr.E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, and Mr.Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for respondent No.1.

Both the appellant and respondent No.1 are present before the Court. The appellant has produced his identify card issued by his employer and the copy of the same is counter signed by the learned counsel for the appellant. Respondent No.1 has produced his aadhaar card and the copy of the same is counter signed by the learned counsel for respondent No.1. On enquiry by the Court, both the parties have admitted that the terms of compromise are understood by them and they have willingly and voluntarily entered into the compromise.

Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2018 filed for recording the compromise, is allowed. S.A.No.237 of 2016 is allowed in terms of memorandum of compromise filed along with I.A.No.2 of 2018, by setting aside judgment, dated

DVSS,J I.A.No.2 of 2018 in/and S.A.No.237 of 2016 10.12.2018 20.03.2007, in O.S.No.238 of 2002 on the file of learned IX Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and cancelling registered sale deed, bearing document No.5559 of 2012 executed by learned IX Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The terms of compromise shall form part of this judgment.

As a sequel to allowing the Second Appeal, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending for consideration shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
